Assurant is seeking a Supervisor, Capability Center Operations - GCC Global Home IT. This role leads end-to-end operational performance for assigned insurance workstreams, ensuring quality, production, and client SLAs while fostering talent development and continuous improvement.

The position partners with global stakeholders to deliver compliant and scalable operations that support Assurant's objectives and client commitments, guiding teams to achieve targets and mitigate risk.

Formación

• Two+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience in mortgage servicing, customer service, retail banking or hazard insurance processing desirable.
• Good verbal and written communications skills, analytical abilities and HR policy understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Manages day-to-day operations ensuring associates quality and productivity are up to standard.
• Leads performance conversations and sets short/long term goals for the team.
• Coaches for performance and communicates department results to stakeholders.
• Maintains clear, proactive communication with leadership and peers.
• Manages change within the group and proposes action plans for improvements.
• Enforces corporate/operational policies and monitors performance and risk.
• Provides coaching and direction to promote continuous improvement.
