Job summary

Decentralized Masters is hiring a Marketing Compliance Associate to own pre-launch reviews of all externally facing marketing assets for FTC, SEC, and platform-compliance. You will keep disclosure libraries up to date and flag risky language before campaigns go live.

You will audit testimonials, oversee post-event and post-call compliance, and coordinate with legal/compliance on regulatory standards while supporting a fully remote, fast-growing DeFi education team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years reviewing marketing content for FTC/SEC compliance, preferably in regulated direct-response environments.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance for teams.
• Familiarity with FTC Marketing Guides, TCPA, CAN-SPAM.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-launch compliance reviews of external marketing assets (ads, VSLs, landing pages, email/SMS flows, webinar scripts).
• Maintain a versioned asset library with compliance notes and approval status.
• Audit claims and testimonials for regulatory alignment; sign off before campaigns run.
• Monitor and advise on TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and regulatory developments affecting marketing content.
