Job summary

Decentralized Masters is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Coordinator to own day-to-day operations of our affiliate and partnership program. The role spans affiliate networks, newsletters, media placements, and creator partnerships with a strong focus on execution and consistency.

You’ll set up tracking, refresh copy across partners, ensure compliance, and produce weekly reports to keep the program accountable.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running partnerships and tracking (Everflow or similar) is ideal, plus influencer/creator partnerships count too.
• Strong analytical skills across performance and attribution data.
• High attention to detail for compliance and reporting.
• Excellent written communication and ability to edit partner copy.
• Organized and reliable, capable of owning recurring workflow without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Link & tracking setup: Create and manage affiliate tracking links and offers in Everflow.
• Partner copy & updates: Manage and update creative and copy for partner placements.
• Creator & media partnerships: Source and coordinate placements with newsletters, YouTube, podcasts and other media partners.
• Compliance checks: Review partner copy and placements against compliance guardrails before go-live.
• Reporting: Produce detailed weekly performance reports across partners and affiliates.
• Analysis: Read performance data and flag issues, opportunities, and anomalies.
