Decentralized Masters is seeking a Marketing Compliance Associate to oversee pre-launch review and ongoing monitoring of all externally facing marketing and sales content. You will ensure adherence to FTC, SEC, platform, and financial-promotion regulations across ads, VSLs, landing pages, emails, and SMS, with fast problem detection.

The role involves maintaining compliance libraries, coordinating platform reviews, and training new hires to uphold regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years reviewing marketing content for FTC or SEC compliance.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear guidelines.
• Familiarity with FTC Marketing Guides, TCPA, CAN-SPAM.
• Strong ability to provide precise, actionable feedback to teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre-launch compliance review of external marketing assets.
• Maintain a versioned asset library with notes and approvals.
• Maintain pre-approved disclaimer and disclosure library for each placement format.
• Monitor ad accounts across platforms and coordinate reviews with platform teams.
• Audit testimonials and ensure disclosures are in place before campaigns run.
• Review webinar scripts and sales materials for compliance before use.
• Conduct post-event compliance audits with structured feedback to leadership.
• Maintain language library and train new hires on compliant phrasing.
• Audit TCPA consent processes and CAN-SPAM compliance in campaigns.
• Track evolving crypto/DeFi regulatory landscape and flag risky language.
