Job summary

The Outloud Group is seeking a Media Coordinator to scale influencer programs across UGC, affiliate, product seeding, and ambassador initiatives. You will source and onboard creators, manage product seeding from outreach to delivery, and track performance to deliver measurable results for brand partners.

This remote, full-time role requires hands-on experience running creator campaigns at scale, strong communication across cultures, and proficiency with influencer platforms and productivity

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience managing UGC, affiliate, product seeding, and/or ambassador programs for a US-based company.
• Hands-on experience running creator programs at scale, from outreach to delivery and performance tracking.
• Strong communication skills across cultures and languages, with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard creators at scale and manage creator relationships in Salesforce.
• Coordinate product seeding from outreach to delivery and monitor program performance.
• Track affiliate and ambassador performance and report insights to drive results for brand partners.
• Collaborate with accounts team to brainstorm strategies and build the one-to-many playbook from scratch.
