Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own a set of DTC accounts end to end. You will be the direct client contact, write updates, run calls, and defend your decisions with clear reasoning.

Budgets range from modest to six figures monthly, and you’ll own the funnel from feeds to conversions. You will audit accounts before touching them, optimize brand and non-brand separately, and review PMax performance against incremental CAC.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax campaigns.
• Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations.
• Excellent English communication for client-facing work.
• Willing to work US Eastern business hours.

Responsabilités

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit and review campaigns and assets before touching accounts.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct entities.
• Analyze PMax performance and attribution to inform targets.
• Maintain feed quality and tracking accuracy across platforms.
• Build or adapt landing pages and reporting when needed.
