Félix is seeking a Fraud Strategy professional to lead fraud performance across cards, ACH, and digital wallets, focusing on product-integrated controls over rules. You will partner with Data Science and Engineering to reduce fraud while maintaining a smooth customer experience.

You will analyze fraud vectors, design high-leverage interventions, and validate them through experiments, joining a fully remote team with ambitious growth in Latin America and the US market.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–6 years in fraud/payment risk with depth in payment-instrument and rail mechanics.
• Strong working knowledge of 3DS/step-up authentication.

Responsabilidades

• Own fraud performance for payment instruments and rails, designing high-leverage controls.
• Utilize friction tools (3DS/SCA, holds, dynamic friction) to reduce fraud while preserving good customers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed fraud controls in payment flows.
• Demonstrate instrument/rail expertise: card authorization, NACHA, wallets, and chargeback mechanics.
• Design and run experiments to validate controls and measure impact on conversion.
• Conduct deep-dive threat analyses across rails to identify risky behaviors.
• Collaborate with Data Science on feature engineering for fraud models (not development).
• Maintain decisioning logic in the orchestration stack and retire ineffective rules.
