The Coca-Cola Company in Argentina is seeking a strategic thinker to drive growth across Argentina and Uruguay. You will partner with bottlers and stakeholders, shaping commercial strategy, and translating insights into local plans with decisive execution.

Responsibilities include leading franchise operations, monitoring key metrics, and collaborating across KO system regions to share best practices in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

Formación

• 8-10 years within the KO System or FMCG.
• Commercial, Marketing and Strategy experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation of Coca-Cola Company vision with internal and external collaboration, identify opportunities and translate into local plans with agile decision making.
• Achieve business growth in Bottler by shaping core capabilities and managing franchise leadership across multi channels and KO System.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the franchise incl. marketing, commercial, technical and financial; coordinate with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business.
• Monitor performance and evolution of key indicators with execution discipline to achieve Stills BP objectives; review and implement revenue growth opportunities/solutions.
• Develop processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation; design a segmentation model for local opportunities.
• Identify market insights, risks and opportunities for new Stills products and co-create commercial strategy for innovation inputs.
• Wire with other regions and operations peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.
