The Coca-Cola Company seeks a strategic, analytically minded leader to drive growth across Argentina and Uruguay. You will partner with bottlers and KO system stakeholders to shape and implement local commercial plans, spanning marketing, sales, and finance.
With 8-10 years in the KO or FMCG sectors, you will influence cross-region teams, leverage Excel/PowerPoint and BI tools, and manage opportunities to maximize share and revenue in a dynamic market.
Formación
- 8-10 years within KO System or FMCG industry is required.
- Commercial, marketing and strategy experience is desired.
- Understanding of retail channels (Modern, Traditional, On-Premise).
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. PowerBI or BI tools is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Spanish and English for multinational collaboration.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the execution of Coca-Cola Company vision in Argentina and Uruguay.
- Identify growth opportunities and translate into local plans with agile decision making.
- Oversee franchise operations (marketing, commercial, technical, financial) and optimize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with bottlers and KO system partners to align priorities and programs.
- Monitor key indicators and drive initiatives for revenue, share and pricing.
