easypeasy is an AI-first EdTech company opening a small in-person hub in Buenos Aires. We seek a founder‑type builder who can take a business problem, understand it deeply, and fix it with what works. You will own the outcome across sales, marketing, growth, and operations.

The role requires 0–3 years post-university, a structured approach to problems, and a willingness to commit for 2–4 years. English fluency and Spanish are essential; you will work closely with a co-founder and the team.

Formación

• 0–3 years out of university.
• Strong problem-solving and execution track record.
• Fluent in English; strong Spanish for local team.

Responsabilidades

• Talk to stakeholders to understand problems.
• Pull data, form a hypothesis, test cheaply.
• Build the solution that moves the metric (script, tool, script, or outreach).
• Own the result and iterate quickly.
