EY Fabric Growth & Adoption is hiring a role focused on delivering client-driven outcomes. You will partner with PreSales and client teams, design solutions across infra and apps, and ensure changes are merged into product codebases.

• Excellent communication for technical and business audiences.
• Strong documentation and structured communication capabilities.
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and codebases.
• Broad infra & cloud capability with Azure preferred.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash.
• App-level development and integration with CI/CD/DevOps.
• Experience with Git, GitHub and Azure DevOps for code/release mgmt.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with PreSales and client teams to capture friction points and unmet requirements.
• Analyze root causes and define pragmatic feature improvements and integrations.
• Deliver working solutions in short cycles (1–4 weeks) and merge into product codebases.
• Design and implement solutions across infrastructure, scripting, and applications.
• Provide technical guidance aligned with platform standards and best practices.
• Navigate hybrid and cloud environments within EY Fabric.
• Review offerings and provide structured feedback on design, usability, and readiness.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across the team.
