Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers — experienced Technical Builders who design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You'll work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready solutions that go live from day one.

The Builder Experience covers real code, hands-on delivery, and mentorship. You’ll ship end-to-end components, develop data pipelines with Snowflake/Databricks, and track business outcomes with KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
Production systems in an AI tech stack or frontier models.
Client-facing delivery experience is required.
Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions in production environments.
Collaborate with Deployment Strategist and senior engineers on complex deliveries.
Own end-to-end components from architecture to deployment.
Build data pipelines using Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
Create dashboards and KPI reports to monitor deployment health.
