Job summary

Atomic Vest is seeking a Client Services Representative to handle front-line support for retail investors on a part-time basis (approximately 2–3 days per week, 40–60% FTE). You will manage incoming tickets, investigate issues with accounts, money movements and applications, and apply company policies to determine the right action.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of client-facing experience in finance, fintech, or tech.
• Solid understanding of basic troubleshooting of user accounts and data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with recurring tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the front-line support queue for retail investor tickets related to accounts, money movements, and applications, applying policies.
• Triaging incoming tickets by urgency and routing or resolving within SLAs.
• Investigate stalled or incomplete account applications, identify missing documents, and communicate next steps to the investor.
• Review money movement requests (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) to verify funds are sent/received correctly.
• Troubleshoot account-level issues (balances, status, holds, delays) and explain outcomes clearly to investors.
• Apply Atomic's policies consistently and escalate edge cases to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate records of each ticket's investigation and resolution for auditable trails.
• Identify recurring pain points or inefficiencies in support workflows and flag them.
