Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and multi-language communication abilities.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and data analysis.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is desirable.
• Excellent customer service and HIPAA awareness.
• Able to work remotely with high productivity and organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients across channels.
