Job summary

Monster Energy LATAM is seeking a Financial Analyst to dive into financial data analysis, focusing on internal dynamics and bottler relationships. You will monitor expenses and annual Direct Marketing Expenses (DME), providing feedback on actual versus budgeted figures to leadership.

You will create purchase orders, perform high-impact ad hoc reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the region's financial performance and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of progressive financial experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting transactions.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for pricing and contractual commitments.
• Track and allocate Direct Marketing Expenses (DME) and marketing spend in SAP.
• Assist with AP/AR invoicing and payments reconciliation.
• Support forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Contribute to ad hoc financial reports for leadership.
