Job summary

The Walt Disney Company LATAM Argentina is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance (Temporary, 7 months) to lead planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis of Regional Overhead Expenses across Latin America. You will partner with U.S.

finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting and decision support. Responsibilities include AOP, forecast and quarterly close for overheads, FP&A support to HR and communications, and management reporting with BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• +3 years of experience in FP&A roles.
• Team player, highly responsible and dedicated.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI and AI Tools (Copilot, Claude) are a plus.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare AOP, forecast, LRP and quarterly close for Regional Overhead Expenses, including G&A and Security.
• Provide FP&A support to Corporate Citizenship, Corporate Communications and HR as a Finance Business Partner.
• Manage regional T&E budgets, including consolidation, actuals tracking, variance analysis and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain BI reports and dashboards to support expense monitoring and decision-making.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts for overhead expense allocations and monitor actual results against plan.
• Coordinate and prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for U.S. Corporate Finance teams.
• Support FP&A activities related to payroll expenses and headcount planning, including forecasting and variance analysis.
