Epsilon in Argentina is seeking an Associate, Billing Analyst to support regional budget estimates, billing requests, and invoice coordination for a portion of the LATAM region, initially focusing on Cono Sur. The role involves collaboration with Sales and internal Finance to ensure accurate billing execution and documentation control.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in billing, budget control, finance operations, traffic, or a similar administrative/financial support role.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, ownership, and follow-through to manage requests, documentation, deadlines, and pending items accurately.
• Comfortable working with purchase orders, order listings, client documentation, billing inputs, invoice requests, and process tracking.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales to collect client documentation, POs, and information for budget preparation and billing.
• Manage invoice request activities for the Cono Sur scope, ensuring timely follow-up and proper coordination.
• Follow up on pending information to avoid process delays and act as first contact point.
• Prepare and issue regional budget estimates for the assigned scope with accuracy and timelines.
