Monster Energy LATAM seeks a Sr. Shopper Marketing Manager to ignite insight-driven marketing strategies, strengthen bottler partnerships, and drive growth at retail.

You will lead customized annual plans and disruptive campaigns, partnering with Sales, eCommerce, Brand Marketing, and Insights teams to deliver impact and accelerate business performance. The role requires 7+ years in shopper marketing, strong analytics, and experience in beverages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in traditional and omni shopper marketing/Key Account.
• Experience in beverage/packaged goods industry.
• Experience developing eCommerce plans for beverage distribution.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Analytical thinker with data analytics experience and strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Own commercial and bottler communication as the marketing expert across accounts and regions, including launches, promotions and custom consumer activations.
• Develop annual business plans using category, shopper, and retailer data to inform marketing and sales strategies.
• Ensure branding and logos adhere to standards at all POS and in-store activations; coordinate with graphics teams and agencies.
• Lead consumer promotions end-to-end, from planning through fulfillment and post-promotional analysis for ROI improvements.
• Participate in shopper marketing and sales meetings, providing insights to guide decision making.
• Drive eCommerce joint business planning and national programs with retailers and digital teams.
