Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Semi Senior Financial Analyst to join a project for one of our international clients. This is a 100% remote role open to LATAM-based candidates and focuses on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You will build financial models, monitor budgets, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and provide insights to guide business decisions. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel, ERP familiarity, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience preparing financial reports and analyzing performance.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance and identify variances between actual results and budgets.
• Develop financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Track key financial metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other departments to gather and validate financial information.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Support cash flow analysis, expense tracking, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare financial presentations and dashboards to communicate key insights.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data and reporting.
