Ald Development Corp. is seeking a Sr. Finance Business Partner to deliver quantitative and qualitative analyses across our fast-growing Latin America organization. The role focuses on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and macro trend analysis to forecast future financial results.

The successful candidate will manage complex data sets, build financial models, and provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making. Occasional travel and hybrid work are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in a Finance or FP&A role.
• Experience translating data into user-friendly business information.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel financial modeling.

Aufgaben

• Drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting during budgeting, reforecast, and month-end close cycles.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on month-end financial performance and reports.
• Generate financial models and deliverables to support business decisions.
• Lead analytics and data visualization to stakeholders across Latin America.
• Support risk tracking and KPI reporting with governance and accuracy.
