Cummins Inc. in Argentina is seeking a Service Supervisor who will lead technicians and service teams responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing equipment and machinery.

You will coordinate work schedules, ensure quality and safety, and communicate repair plans to customers with accuracy and integrity. The role requires intermediate technical leadership, strong coaching skills, and the ability to manage logistics, quotes, and customer relationships while driving continuous improvement

Formación

• Requires college/university degree or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate level technical field experience with team leadership is required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises Service Technicians and/or Service Team Leaders; coordinates and schedules work.
• Provides coaching, performance reviews, and growth opportunities.
• Offers first-level technical support and escalates complex issues as needed.
• Manages service logistics, quotes accuracy, and repair status updates.
• Participates in process improvements to meet customer expectations and goals.
• Monitors open repairs and ensures timely completion within quoted timeframes.
• Strives for high customer satisfaction and maintains relationships with key customers.
• Addresses customer warranty concerns and communicates effectively with stakeholders.
