Western National Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of El Cordova Apartment Homes, a 304-unit community in Carson, CA.

You will supervise a maintenance team, perform skilled trades, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and timely unit turnovers. Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in the multifamily industry with at least 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading a commercial or residential maintenance/grounds team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook; Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operations of the community and supervise staff.
• Coordinate urgent repairs, turnovers and preventive upkeep.
• Manage vendors, safety compliance, and asset preservation goals.
