Western National Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of El Cordova Apartment Homes, a 304-unit community in Carson, CA.

You will supervise a maintenance team, perform skilled trades, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and timely unit turnovers. Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years in the multifamily industry with at least 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading a commercial or residential maintenance/grounds team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook; Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Your Part:

As a Maintenance Supervisor or as we like to call it, a Facilities Manager , we know youre super skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation. You love getting your hands dirty and secretly admire MacGyver. You enjoy mentoring your team, developing new maintenance techniques and innovations, and working with outside vendors. You are detailed, organized, and know how to fix anothers mistake. You recognize the smallest fix makes the biggest difference. You have current or previous supervisory experience in property management. You know how to turn a unit like nobodys business. Like the famous Leatherman or Swiss Army Knife, your skillset is all-in-one. #MS

This position offers $36.00 to $33.00 per hour depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn thousands in bonus opportunities, plus benefits!

What Wed Love for You to Bring to the Table as a Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager:

You have a minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry with at least one+ year of supervisory background leading a commercial or residential Maintenance and Grounds team. Youve got a deep commitment to apply your very best in both high-energy and emergency environments. You remain calm in the face of disaster. You know a little bit about computers, namely Microsoft office and Outlook. If youve got Yardi Voyager experience, thats an extra tool in your toolbox and well give you points! You have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. If you have a college degree, were impressed.
