Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive Recruiting Coordinator Associate to support the executive recruitment lifecycle. You will work with Executive Recruiters to coordinate candidate activity, maintain records, and streamline interview and onboarding processes.

Role requires strong organization, English fluency, and the ability to collaborate across time zones, with exposure to confidential information and EY controls.

Formación

• 0–2 years of recruiting coordination or related experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day executive recruiting lifecycle from candidate processing to onboarding.
• Use Avature and recruiting systems to move candidates through workflow and maintain records.
• Arrange executive interview logistics: availability, invitations, communications, and follow-up.
• Support pre-hire and compliance processes, including background checks and documentation routing.
• Prepare candidate packs and hiring details using templates and checklists.
• Assist with offer-letter preparation and system administration.
• Coordinate onboarding/preboarding activities and SuccessFactors entries.
• Process approved recruiting invoices and track related costs.
• Contribute to templates, checklists, reporting and process documentation.
• Perform quality checks and escalate issues as needed.
