Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting for multiple service lines and sectors serving the US market.

You'll partner with an Executive Recruiter to build a strong talent pipeline, engage external candidates, and advise leaders and hiring managers. The role emphasizes candidate experience, collaboration, and driving EY’s talent strategy.

Formación

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment processes.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies for executive roles.
• Experience recruiting talent in the US market and handling complex recruitment issues.
• Advanced English and professional communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assess leadership needs against the talent market to build a compelling pipeline.
• Use inclusive and creative sourcing techniques to diversify candidate pools.
• Integrate EY branding across recruitment activities and platforms.
• Provide coaching and training to teammates and leverage AI to improve efficiency.
