Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Recruiting GDS Supervisor to support TA2 Activation Center delivery for the U.S. onshore function. The role emphasizes candidate experience, onboarding, technology, and vendor management support.

You will manage Activation Center resources across six subteams, mentor staff, and ensure process integrity while driving high-quality outcomes for stakeholders and candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years of recruiting and/or recruiting operations experience.
• Working knowledge of current recruitment operations and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and knowledge and experience working with applicant tracking software; willingness to learn AI-driven tools and platforms.
• Proficient in reporting and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advanced English and can communicate confidently in professional settings, lead discussions, handle complex topics, and write professional communications with minimal errors.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver operational support to improve workflow efficiency and maintain consistent process execution.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members, providing feedback and supporting growth.
• Liaise with US AC leadership to oversee day-to-day operations and prioritize work.
• Collaborate with internal teams on project execution.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and dashboards with accurate documentation and reporting inputs.
• Execute priority work across six Activation Center subteams.
