BairesDev is seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to identify, attract, and assess top senior leaders for clients, contributing to strategic growth across industries.

You will design search strategies, conduct rigorous interviews, and manage the negotiation and offer process while coordinating with clients and candidates in a fully remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably executive search.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for US candidates and commercial openings.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of various industries and understanding of executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Advanced level of English.
