The role requires 3+ years supporting founders, flawless English, high discretion, mastery of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Linear, and travel tools, plus availability aligned with US ET business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting a founder, CEO, or high-growth startup executive.
• Exceptional English with ability to mirror founder's voice.
• High discretion with confidentiality across sensitive matters.
• Fluent across digital workspaces and AI-assisted workflows.
• Available during US Eastern Time business hours and responsive to off-hours needs.
• Proactive problem solver who onboards quickly and executes independently.

Responsibilities

• Own complex calendars across three entities and personal schedules.
• Inbox triage across email and Slack, draft responses, escalate when needed.
• Prepare meetings, briefs, track actions, and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate logistics with leadership, enterprise customers, and partners.
• Manage travel; book flights, lodging, and experiences.
• Collaborate with concierge services and external vendors.
• Oversee day-to-day personal administration and vendor management.
• Build workflows to reduce executive drag and enable focus on core ventures.
