ElevenLabs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to scale its voice AI platform for a growing enterprise customer base. You will work with account executives to strengthen technical aspects of the sales process and partner with customers to architect and demonstrate solutions.

Responsibilities include building self-service tools, creating enablement resources, and identifying opportunities to productize integration patterns.

Formación

• Strong technical background to help customers architect integration.
• Passionate about AI, technology and ElevenLabs products.
• Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and providing tailored support.
• Identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Excellent communication and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Experience with customers; from student clubs or side projects is fine if focused on technical capacity.
• Proficiency in Python and understanding of software development and integration patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from our customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product's value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources to amplify our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features with our product teams.
