Fever in Buenos Aires seeks a Partner Support Specialist to act as the technical anchor and SME for support workflows. You will lead, mentor, and drive operational projects while spotting trends and implementing structural fixes.

You’ll champion playbooks, macros, and documentation to uplift the whole team. You will own complex cases, guide colleagues, and collaborate across support and product squads in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in teams or initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability for complex operational issues.
• Data-driven with focus on improving workflows and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for escalations.
• Experience creating playbooks, macros, and training materials.
• Ability to own specialized workflows in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Internal Escalation & Complex Resolution: manage non-standard cases and serve as escalation reference.
• Tool & Domain Expertise: become SME for workflows and internal tools.
• Leadership & Training: train and support support reps on edge cases and workflows.
• Root Cause & Process Optimization: investigate causes and pilot fixes to prevent repeats.
• Documentation & Playbooks: create and maintain knowledge resources for the team.
• Cross-Functional Projects: drive workflow implementations and report progress.
