AgileEngine, LLC is seeking an Email Marketing QA Analyst to validate outbound campaigns before deployment, including content, personalization, targeting, and platform setup. You will ensure data integrity, check links and UTM parameters, and verify configuration against approved specs.

You will work with the QA team to sign off on every campaign, track defects, and improve testing standards while aligning with brand and compliance requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye to catch discrepancies in data, copy, and configuration.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, process-oriented approach; comfortable with checklists and standards.
• Clear communicator capable of describing defects precisely and elevating risks.

• Review and validate outbound campaigns prior to deployment — including content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting logic, segmentation, and suppression lists against campaign specs.
• Confirm data integrity: ensure merge tags and personalization render correctly for the intended audiences.
• Check all links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration — send settings, throttling, scheduling, from name/address against specs.
• Assess campaigns against brand standards, compliance requirements, and messaging strategy.
• Log and track defects in the QA system; communicate findings clearly to Development.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflows — campaigns do not deploy without QA clearance.
• Review post-launch issues and feed findings back into QA frameworks.
• Maintain and improve QA documentation, checklists, and testing standards.
