AgileEngine is seeking a Marketing QA Analyst to review and validate outbound email campaigns before they reach customers. You will ensure content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements align with specifications and brand standards.

You will verify audience targeting, segmentation, suppression rules, and data integrity, while logging defects and driving QA sign-off in deployment pipelines. Remote-friendly with flextime options; strong analytical and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in QA or marketing operations.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to catch data and copy discrepancies.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and suppression rules.

Responsibilities

• Review outbound campaigns prior to deployment for content, subject lines, and dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting, segmentation, and suppression lists.
• Validate merge tags and personalization for correct audiences.
• Check links, UTM parameters, and redirects.
• Validate send settings, throttling, and scheduling.
• Ensure campaigns meet brand, legal, and messaging standards.
• Log defects and communicate findings to Development.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflow.
• Review post-launch issues and update QA docs.
• Maintain QA checklists and testing standards.
