AgileEngine is looking for a Marketing QA Analyst to review and validate outbound email campaigns before they reach customers. You will ensure accurate content, personalization, and dynamic elements, with a strong focus on audience targeting and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of QA or marketing ops experience.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye for data, copy, and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate outbound campaigns before deployment.
• Verify audience targeting, segmentation, and suppression lists.
• Validate data integrity of merge tags and personalization.
• Check links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations.
• Validate platform send settings and scheduling against specs.
• Assess campaigns for brand, legal, and messaging alignment.
• Log defects in QA system and communicate with Development.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflow.
• Review post-launch issues and update QA checklists.
• Maintain and improve QA docs and testing standards.
