The ideal candidate has 2+ years in QA or marketing operations, with experience in email platforms, QA workflows, and a methodical, detail-oriented mindset. Remote-friendly with flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review experience.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye and attention to data, copy, and configuration.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, checklist-driven approach and clear communication of defects.

Responsibilities

• Review outbound campaigns prior to deployment: content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting logic, segmentation, and suppression lists.
• Validate data rendering for merge tags and personalization fields for correct audiences.
• Check links, UTM parameters, and redirects for accuracy.
• Confirm platform configuration: send settings, throttling, scheduling, and from address.
• Ensure campaigns comply with brand, legal, and messaging standards; log defects and communicate with Dev.
