AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Marketing QA Analyst to review and validate outbound email campaigns before they reach customers. This role focuses on ensuring content accuracy, correct personalization, and adherence to QA standards across campaigns.

You will verify audience targeting, data integrity, and platform configurations, while logging defects and driving QA gates in deployment. Strong English skills and experience with email platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in QA, marketing ops, or campaign review.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.
• Able to spot data/copy/configuration discrepancies.
• Understand audience segmentation and suppression requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Methodical, checklist-driven work approach.

Responsibilities

• Review outbound campaigns before deployment, including content and personalization.
• Verify targeting, segmentation, and suppression against specs.
• Validate data rendering for merge tags and offers.
• Check links, UTM parameters, and redirects.
• Review platform settings: send, throttling, scheduling, from name/address.
• Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and messaging strategy.
• Log defects and communicate findings to Development.
• Own QA gates in deployment workflow.
• Improve QA docs, checklists, and testing standards.
