AgileEngine is seeking an Email Marketing QA Analyst to review outbound campaigns before deployment, focusing on content, targeting, and platform setup in a flexible remote/office environment.

The role requires 2+ years in QA or marketing ops, familiarity with email platforms, audience segmentation, and an upper-intermediate English level. You will sign off on campaigns and improve QA docs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye to detect data, copy, and configuration discrepancies.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, process-oriented, checklist-driven work style.
• Clear communicator able to describe defects and escalate risks.

Responsabilidades

• Review outbound campaigns pre-deploy: content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting, segmentation, and suppression lists against specs.
• Confirm data integrity: merge tags and personalization render correctly for audiences.
• Check links, UTM parameters, and redirects for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration: send settings, throttling, scheduling, from name/address.
• Assess campaigns for brand, legal, and messaging compliance.
• Log defects in QA system and communicate findings to Development.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflow.
• Review post-launch issues and feed findings into QA processes.
• Maintain QA docs, checklists, and standards.
• Year-1 target: defect rates below 2%, reviews within SLA.
