AgileEngine, a leading software provider, seeks a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. The role requires 2+ years in campaign or project management, knowledge of email marketing best practices, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, with strong client-facing communication and English proficiency.

Formación

• 2+ years in campaign, account, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget).
• Experience with new client implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work directly with clients.
• Agency or in-house agency experience.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document client campaign requirements and confirm exact needs before build begins.
• Validate briefs for completeness: audience, content, offer, and timeline.
• Lead kickoff meetings with internal teams and external partners; document outputs and actions.
• Own the marketing calendar; track milestones and flag risks.
• Serve as primary client contact for campaign status and escalations.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign operations: setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Manage deployment: subscriber data, audience segmentation, scheduling, and sending.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain documentation.
