Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will gather requirements, validate briefs, lead kick-off meetings, and manage the marketing calendar to keep plans on track.

You will deploy campaigns, coordinate data and audience segmentation, support A/B testing, and track delivery with internal tools. Flexible schedule with remote and office options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign, account, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, esp. Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with new client implementations.
• Strong MS Office skills and organizational ability.
• Client-facing experience; agency or in-house agency background.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements and ensure clear briefs.
• Validate briefs for audience, content, offer, and timeline before build.
• Lead kick-off meetings and document outputs/actions.
• Own the marketing calendar and track milestones across campaigns.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client communications on status and escalations.
• Manage day-to-day operations: setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Coordinate campaign deployment: data, segmentation, scheduling, and sending.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain docs.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning and execution.
• Identify process improvements to optimize workflow.
