AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will gather requirements, validate briefs, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in campaign or project management, knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong communication, and client-facing experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign management or related role.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
• Experience with new client implementations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document client campaign requirements to ensure clear build briefs.
• Validate briefs for audience, content, offer, and timeline before development.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and partners; record outputs.
• Own the marketing calendar; track milestones and manage risks throughout campaigns.
• Serve as primary client contact for status, delivery, and escalations.
• Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization processes.
• Coordinate deployment including data, segmentation, scheduling and sending.
• Submit campaigns in Workfront/Jira and maintain documentation.
• Support A/B and multivariate testing by defining test structures.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve operational workflow.
• Develop campaign/process documentation and client work instructions.
• Escalate risks proactively to avoid missed SLAs.
• After year one, success: campaigns scheduled, calendar maintained, proactive client communications.
