Baker Hughes is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services to drive growth in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will lead the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and value to operators such as YPF and Pluspetrol.

You will influence engineering, procurement, and field teams, identify cross-sell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS, and ensure HSE and company

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience working with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, translating technical information into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Delivering technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Supporting tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintaining accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence within CRM systems.
• Ensuring compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards across all commercial activities.
