Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own the full funnel for DTC accounts, from audit to optimization, acting as the client’s direct point of contact and shaping attribution and growth strategies.

You will manage brand and non-brand campaigns separately, ensure accurate tracking, and push for incremental gains using AI-enabled tooling and landing-page improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own the client relationship—no intermediary.
• Capable of building and defending your reasoning for each action.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, health checks.
• Keep brand and non-brand activities separate and report them distinctly.
• Know what PMax is actually delivering and avoid improper optimization.
• Own the feed, tracking, and landing pages; fix bottlenecks across the funnel.
• Build necessary assets and pages; leverage AI tools to ship improvements.
