High Scale is seeking a Marketing Copywriter to craft direct-response video scripts and ad copy for top brands. You will write punchy hooks, persuasive dialogues, and clear visual notes to guide editors, while developing varied angles and fresh creative concepts.

With 2–4 years in DTC or performance marketing, you’ll shape the voice across edgy, humorous, and luxury tones, ensuring brand consistency and high conversion. This is a fast-paced, data-driven role in a dynamic creative team.

Formación

• 2–4 years of copywriting experience for DTC brands, e-commerce, or performance marketing agencies.
• Understand the difference between brand writing and direct response writing.
• Able to write hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds and be concise.
• Excellent grammar and command of American English idioms/slang.

Responsabilidades

• Write high-converting video scripts for UGC creators, actors, and voice-over artists.
• Develop creative concepts and angles to test different hooks and narratives.
• Create ad copy and headlines for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads.
• Iterate scripts based on performance data with the Strategy team to optimize CTR and engagement.
