Xometry is seeking a Performance Marketing Copywriter to own the copy that moves a prospect from click to conversion across the Xometry and Thomas brands. You’ll report to the Content Director and collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product, designers, and video producers to translate campaign strategy into persuasive copy.

You will write marketing emails, video scripts, and landing page copy that converts, and align with traffic sources and offers.

Formación

• 4+ years writing in performance marketing or growth-focused roles.
• Proven track record of high-converting email, video, and landing page copy.
• Strong understanding of email mechanics and landing page conversion.
• Familiar with KPIs like open rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/ESP.
• Excellent English grammar and B2B messaging.
• Ability to build Claude Skills for scalable copy workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Write marketing and lifecycle emails for Xometry and Thomas brands.
• Create video scripts for YouTube, paid social, and product explainers.
• Craft landing page copy from hero messaging to CTAs.
• Partner with marketing teams to align copy with visuals and goals.
• Analyze data (open rate, CTR, CVR) to improve engagement.
• Iterate on messaging strategies and templates for reuse.
• Develop Claude Skills to speed up copy production.
