HarZa is a fast-growing DTC health and wellness operator seeking a high-volume direct-response video editor for a performance pod. You will edit short-form (15–60s) and long-form (2–6m) ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, focusing on hooks, pacing, captions, and compliance with health claims.

You’ll work async-first, measure impact with CTR, CPA/ROAS, and iterate quickly, delivering 15–20 assets weekly. Remote-first culture with a tough output rhythm.

Formación

• Proven experience editing paid direct-response ads for DTC or ecommerce brands.
• Fluency in both short-form ad formats and long-form DR (VSLs, advertorials, 2+ minute belief-building videos).
• A demonstrated high-volume rhythm: sustained daily ad output in a testing environment, not one polished piece per week.
• Experience with health, wellness, supplements, or other claims-sensitive verticals is a strong plus.
• Full professional proficiency with a modern editing stack, remote setup, and async-first, output-measured work.

Responsabilidades

• Edit short-form and long-form DR ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, and pattern interrupts.
• Produce hook variations, cutdowns, re-orders, and format swaps of winning ads; contribute to weekly testing loops.
• Build belief through mechanism explanations, testimonials, and UGC narratives while handling compliant storytelling.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a strategist and media buyer; document briefs and revisions in Asana; deliver 15–20 assets weekly.
