Amazon Web Services Argentina S.R.L. seeks a world-class partner leader to accelerate cloud adoption in LATAM by shaping the partnership GTM strategy for Global ISVs, AWS Marketplace, and SAP across the region.

You will orchestrate co-sell execution with AWS field teams, drive partner enablement at scale, and build executive relationships with regional partner leadership to deliver growth and customer success.

Formación

  • 9+ years of developing and managing marketing or channel programs experience.
  • Experience applying KPIs to analyses or communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA highly desired.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization.

Responsabilidades

  • Execute GTM strategy for LATAM partner programs across Global ISV, AWS Marketplace, and SAP.
  • Lead partner enablement and field alignment to drive co-sell opportunities.
  • Hold regular business reviews with partners and AWS teams to optimize performance and outcomes.
  • Build executive relationships with regional partner leadership and strategic stakeholders.

Description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a world-class partner leader to accelerate cloud adoption across Latin America through strategic technology partnerships. As LATAM Tech Partner Leader, you will drive the partnership GTM strategy for Global ISVs, AWS Marketplace, and SAP across the region, serving as the primary alliance contact and orchestrating co-sell execution with AWS field teams.

Key job responsibilities
Partnership GTM Execution
  • Execute GTM strategy for Global ISV partners across LATAM, driving partner readiness for co-sell through APN and Marketplace programs.
  • Lead AWS Marketplace expansion across key LATAM markets, deploying local currency support, tax compliance, and seller enablement.
  • Manage SAP partnership strategy and execution across LATAM, aligning with regional customer priorities.
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management
  • Drive top-line revenue growth through Global ISV partners, Marketplace transactions, and SAP workloads.
  • Manage and assist Partner Sales and Field Sales teams to jointly pursue and win customer opportunities.
  • Lead regular pipeline review cadences, ensuring thorough and accurate opportunity tracking according to AWS sales cycle stages.
  • Be the "Go To" resource for high-profile joint sales opportunities from sourcing through close.
Partner Enablement & Field Alignment
  • Identify, enable, and qualify high-value Global ISV partners that deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Execute partner enablement and go-to-market initiatives at scale across the LATAM region.
  • Drive field enablement and alignment between AWS and partner sales teams.
  • Hold monthly/quarterly business reviews with ISV and AWS teams to identify corrective measures needed, best practices and lessons learned.
Strategic Collaboration
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with regional partner leadership across LATAM.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (global partner Managers, Sales Leaders, Marketing, Legal, Support) to develop partner strategies.
  • Broker internal resources, tools, and investments needed to execute business plans and meet goals.
  • Utilize CRM systems and analytics tools to establish detailed metrics and processes.

Basic Qualifications
  • 9+ years of developing and managing marketing or channel programs experience
  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, or experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MBA highly desired
  • Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
  • Knowledge of cloud technology partner ecosystem and related products
  • Experience working cross-functionally and across regions
  • 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
  • Experience influencing C-level executives
  • Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs
