DiDi Global Inc. in Buenos Aires is seeking a Partnerships Growth professional to source, launch, and manage driver benefits. You will drive end-to-end partnerships with cross-functional teams across Legal, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Tech.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and a driver-first mindset, with 4–6 years in partnerships, growth operations, or strategy in tech, mobility, or marketplaces.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, growth operations, commercial operations, or strategy — ideally in tech, mobility, or marketplace environments.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data: Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools.
• Ability to synthesize data and communicate insights clearly through presentations and reports.
• Strong project management skills — you can juggle multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.
• Excellent stakeholder management: you follow through, align cross-functional teams, and keep things moving.
• A driver-first mindset: you're willing to get close to users — through surveys, interviews, or field visits — to truly understand what benefits matter.
• Experience in consulting, business development, or strategy is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Research & Insights: conduct market research to understand driver needs and pain points.
• Analyze data to identify valuable driver benefits and opportunities.
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentations with actionable recommendations.
• Partner Identification & Prioritization: research target companies and map decision-makers.
• Program Execution & Launch: coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage end-to-end partnerships.
• Performance & Optimization: monitor results and prepare quarterly reviews.
