PwC Argentina is seeking an experienced professional to join our Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, focusing on financial due diligence for a diverse client portfolio. You’ll lead analyses, build financial models, and drive value through strategic questioning and rigorous forecasting.

You will collaborate with Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services teams to deliver integrated deal management and financial advisory services, while coaching junior colleagues and promoting data-driven

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• Certifications such as CPA/CA/CFA preferred.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Leading financial due diligence projects to support client decision‑making in mergers and acquisitions
• Analyzing financial statements and conducting financial modeling to assess earnings quality and business performance
• Developing and implementing strategies for value creation and operational improvements in client engagements
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver comprehensive deal management and financial advisory services
• Utilizing analytical thinking and industry trend analysis to provide insights into market trends and growth opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored financial solutions
• Conducting investment analysis and valuations to support strategic questioning and decision‑making processes
• Coaching and providing feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
• Validating financial forecasts and projections to identify potential risks and opportunities for profitable growth
• Promoting inclusion and embracing change to enhance team dynamics and drive successful project outcomes
• Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
• Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant License, Chartered Accountant, Foreign Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
