EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director for Deal Management to drive operational excellence across complex transactions. You will lead cross-functional teams, design integration plans, and deliver value through rigorous analysis and client collaboration.

The role requires strong consulting experience, strategic vision, and the ability to manage pre- and post-deal engagements while traveling as needed. EY-Parthenon offers a dynamic, global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, CS, or Analytics with 5 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• The ability to assess technology, operations or manufacturing infrastructure.
• The ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
• The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
• The ability and willingness to travel when necessary.
