EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager in Deal Management to lead operational projects across sectors and support client service teams in developing and executing strategies for transactions.

The role covers pre-deal and post-deal work, requiring a commercial mindset, analytical rigor, and strong negotiation abilities. Travel may be required to serve client needs and coordinate integrations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, CS, or Analytics with 5+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~3 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred and significant management consulting experience is expected.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
