AgileEngine seeks a Database Administrator to manage, secure, and tune high-availability production databases, closely collaborating with engineering teams. 3–4 years of hands-on DBA experience with SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL, plus PowerShell or Python, Terraform, Confluent Kafka, and AWS RDS/Aurora are required.
The role emphasizes performance tuning, security, and reliability in a hands-on, highly technical environment with tight deadlines.
Competenze
- 3–4 years of hands-on DBA experience.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AWS RDS and Aurora.
- Programming with PowerShell or Python.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with Kafka (Confluent Kafka).
- Extensive experience with performance analysis and tuning.
- Experience with high-availability production systems.

- Maintain high availability of production database systems and keep performance high.
